Unleash the Real You
Your Life, Your Rules: A Manifesto for Independence
We must exist for ourselves and exist in ourselves love not in the sight and approval of other people. Life consists of searching for something, being occupied with it, not paying attention to others, just finding the right path, and continuing. "
The ones who can read between the lines can grasp it without you having to explain it to them; for the ones who cannot is like explaining something to a cow even if you do it eight hundred times.
You do not have to worry about what outsiders have to say about you if all you are, is someone else’s mouth. Life rightly belongs to you. Do not allow the droplets falling from other areas of your body to soil your clothes.
Although the first rule of pleasing one’s enemies slides towards a darker perspective, it is a positive thing to do things for one’s own satisfaction and not for others. Independently come to terms with what has to be done rather than hearing what should be done from other people.
It is really regrettable that once many people care about other people’s opinions, they will always be unable to hold their heads high and cannot follow their hearts to do things not to mention doing what they love.
Those who form bad moods because of the influence of other people, or even as if following other people’s suggestions blindly, deviate from the original path and, eventually, make the wrong decisions, lose valuable time and energy, and, most importantly, bear no responsibility for their own lives.
Getting a life just to ensure the satisfaction of other people’s desires is not a worthy exercise. Thus, seeking what each of us desires and not paying any attention to what other people have to say is the right thing to do.
For instance, if one practices what he or she feels passionate about then he or she will realize that life is so rich.
