Gentle hands hold on tenderly to my sharp edges,

patching up holes left behind by those who came before.

Intertwined and endlessly supportive in so many ways.

Found family with unexpected bonds compose

a beautiful web of shared dreams and plans for the future.

Neurodivergence allowed to unmask without shame,

free of judgment or lack of accommodations

breeds comfort with my very existence.

Stupid inside jokes paired with playful debates,

they are the building blocks of new, cherished memories.

Affection without expectation brings relief.

Intimate moments build into late-night conversations,

appreciative glances stolen between tentative displays of devotion.

Unconditional acceptance and love give strength.

Helping me redefine masculinity, sexuality, and self-image.

Bringing validation of self-worth and self-love.
