UnArmed Minds

Measure those solely upon their actions

Actions speak louder then words

They maybe tell you one thing

Then develop other concerns

Believe half of what you see

And none of what you hear

True motives could go undetected

Things may not be as they appear

Don't involve youself in other's conflictions

Unless absolutely necesary

You may end up the bad guy

Things seem to happen in that way

Only give if you want to give

Never through an obligated heart

Because you may develop disdain feelings

And it would've been better not to give from the start

There's just a couple bits of wisdom

So in life you go unharmed

The next time you enter into a battle of the wits

You won't go in unarmed

About the Creator

Thomas F

I was shot in the face at point blank range with a double barrel 12 gage during an strong arm robbery that quickly turned into an Attempted Murder. Although I'm missing my right eye and a bullet in my brain. I AM STILL ME & I AM STILL HERE
