Even after all your cheating and lying

What YOUR selling I'm not buying

I was the only one who's trying

Now I'm done ugly cry--ing

OR

Even after all your cheatin' & lyin'

I was still the one who was still trying

But whatcha sellin' now I ain't buyin'

Cuz I'm finally done with (this) ugly cryin-in'

This story I'll tell it, daring not to cry

Tellin' it for the first time since the good-bye

Will it ever be easy, remembering the lies?

That tore me to pieces by the by...and bye.

I found a proper chorus, still searching verses

My simple, sad words won't dull the hurtin'

Telling the story about us conjures curses

My heart is crushed, pounding, & burstin'

I'm so proud of myself...I'm no longer ugly cryin'!

(and she takes a deep bow)
