Tower Clock

A tower clock is a tall structure, often freestanding, that houses a clock, which is visible from a distance. Clock towers serve both practical and decorative purposes, providing a public timekeeping function while also serving as landmarks in many cities and towns around the world.

It was a beautiful day in my city, have gotten all the necessary documents to travel abroad which include international passport, visa and airline ticket.

My flight plans to take off on Monday afternoon and I have been into airport area by Sunday. I actually lodge in a hotel to pass a night because my house is far to airport and I can't meet up if I could leave my house by Monday.

There is a clock tower within the hotel premise which is structured for decoration.

I rely on this clock tower not knowing that the tower clock is for decoration and the tower clock is not accurate to real time clock.

The following day at the hotel which is on Monday. Have taken bath early in the morning and I am getting ready to move to the airport. My flight is scheduled to move by 1pm in the afternoon.

On getting to the airport, I was told at the airport that my flight has taken off an hour before I got to the airport then I realised that have been deceive by tower clock.
