Tikky Tokky

Tikky Tokky overload, far out, the head explodes at all these self proclaimed gurus, claiming to know all this something, when really they know nothing about,

reality.

It’s really just time on the screen, to be seen and to validate themselves,

what is this hell?

It’s like a car crash, though, you can’t stop watching, so that you can keep judging and make yourself feel better - pfft, but that doesn’t matter,

except it does.

That feeling, that hit, that prevents you to quit, because you need it, to feed it,

like a junky on smack, you go on the attack and tell them that they’re shit, just because you can’t quit,

watching.

The top 5, top 10, top 20, oh but wait, how many? How many should I listen to? To these gurus that know nothing, but still somehow offer something?

So here’s my top 5 instructions, and I’m sure you’ll all just love them,

to help stop the brain from frying, that’ll keep you sane and prevent (some) anxiety:

- Stop watching - it’s toxic!

- Detox it

- Just box it

- Delete the app and follow this map - outside to humans

- No, it’s no delusion - you can do it!

Pfft, I’ll let you know once I’ve done it….
