Thundersnow

Natalie Yelburton mentions "Thundersnow" in "Fortitude" and the Inspired this poem

Thundersnow on the Road

I was watching “Fortitude” and there was a big storm and Natalie Yelburton said a word that sounded like “Thunderstruck” but was “Thundersnow”.

People asked what she meant and she said it was when thunder and lightning occur within a snowstorm.

This is the description from the Met Office.

“When thunderstorms form in wintry conditions they can sometimes give rise to heavy downpours of snow which are often called 'thundersnow'”

I didn’t intend to write a poem today but that was too good an idea to miss.

The Light of Odin’s Spear

Shines Silver on the Snow

Electric Bolts From Thor

Hammering Like Thunder

⚡❄️🌨️⛈️🌩️

Lightning of Thunder Gods

Turns The Snow To Silver

Mjölnir Is Thor’s Hammer

And Gungnir Shines Like Gold

⚡❄️🌨️⛈️🌩️

Listen To Thunder Sound Clash

See Snow Lit, Lightning Flash

Odin’s Spear Hit The Ground

Thor’s Hammer Will Resound

This is The Thundersnow

All Be Fearful Below
