“What lies behind you
and what lies in front of you,
pales in comparison
to what lies inside of you”
I actually think that these are beautiful words.
Each and every one of us is
unique and special inside.
We have an inner strength and courage
which truly matters
as we go on our journey through life.
These ‘qualities’ guide us
through the obstacles that do come up
all of the time.
When we look within ourselves,
we can start to ‘nurture’ our inner self
and focus on cultivating a strong personality.
Our inner strengths and passions
can have a far better effect on us
than any ‘circumstances’.
We need to give ourselves
that all-important self-care time
to strengthen our focus
on our inner qualities.
Let us embrace who we really are
and love ourselves,
strengthening and building up
those inner qualities.
