Things You Need for Health

Heed to these habits

What healthy body needs @Seema

I have read somewhere,

you may have many problems,

but when health falters,

you have only one problem.

That’s right.

Living in a sick body

is the worst jail.

Pain is all-consuming—

and it's hell.

You may have resources,

to access the best hospitals,

doctors, and therapy—

but it doesn’t matter.

Sick health, is hard to heal.

All wise people know this truth,

generations passed down

awareness and restraint as amulets.

Yet humans are slaves,

of peer influence and pleasure.

Mass media and social media

set them free of restriction,

and hooked them

on paths of vices.

Now we see alarming sickness.

People are clueless,

Why me?” they ask.

While consuming

inflammatory things,

you should have asked that.

You took your body for granted.

Now see the wrath of

hormonal disruptors,

storms of cytokines,

neurotransmitter confusion.

But, wait,

there is hope.

As long as you go back

to habits of discipline,

you may have second chance.

See the picture above,

read the words carefully.

They are the mantra

you need

to live in good health,

the true wealth.

Trying to live the simple life even in this day and age. Good job.

You can lose almost everything and recover them (in one way or the other) but if you lose your health, it's gonna be difficult to get it back.
