These Weeping Shores
The Emotional Moment in Nature Flashku
Did you ever stop to notice
All the blood we've shed before?
Did you ever stop to notice
This crying Earth, these weeping shores?
- Earth Song, Micheal Jackson
I’m not the only one who’s crying, as I stop to notice these weeping shores.
In this moment, I forget the routines bestowed to me. The anxieties building up inside me are washed away like the pebbles I throw in the sea. Like waves they come back then are drifted away again. This dark ocean describes my life of trials and tribulations, and the blending of calm and chaos.
The waters glisten, but my legs tremble. Breathing in salt, my legs and hands come together. My soul bids farewell to my body’s fear.
I dive.

Wow. You truly capture exactly what it is that we feel looking to the nights of the ocean. This was a stunning piece of work ❤️🙏✨
