A reflection

The world as it may seem

Keeps spinning

Regardless of the circumstances

As for me

I'm caught in a whirlwind

Of everyday things

Like a tsunami or a gust of wind

The tide

Comes in

And takes me away

While the world sits so seamlessly

On its pinpoint throne

So effortlessly

Entitled by its eb and flow

I too have no constant but in change

Estranged from control

I let my outcomes

Come

To me

And release them

As they go

Trivial as it may seem

What life is for you

To someone else

Could only be just

A dream
