The Winter Road

A Christmas Poem

Merry Christmas to my traveling companion

Happy winter to a fellow wanderer

What does the next year hold

For this vagabond and adventurer

Let it snow, let it snow

We won't stop globetrotting

Hear our sleigh bells ring

We won't stop jet-setting

I don't know how long the path is

Don't know where the frozen road will lead to

We'll just keep going, wayward friends

It's not about the destination, but the journey, it's true

Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year

We keep on caroling through the night

Sing car-pool karaoke while getting lost

Two strange nomads, traversing out of sight

Where to next?

What should we do next?

What should we see next?

When is our quest?

For now, we stay at home this season

With family and friends on the icy pasture

We don't need to go far

To have a magical adventure

Merry Christmas Everyone!
