The autumn leaves are turning red
A fiery hue of gold and orange
The cool breeze whispers through the trees
As the world begins to rearrange
The pumpkins smile with wicked grins
As the harvest moon begins to rise
The air is crisp and the night begins
As the earth slowly shuts its eyes
The bats take flight and the owls hoot
As the darkness deepens and expands
The creatures of the night pursue
Their nightly hunts across the land
The autumn night is wild and free
A time of change and mystery
So let us embrace the unknown
And let our spirits roam and be
