The weight of the world is heavy

It presses down on my shoulders

I feel like I can't breathe

I'm suffocating under all this pressure

I want to scream and shout

But I'm too afraid to make a sound

I'm afraid that if I let go

I'll fall apart and never be whole again

But I know I can't keep going like this

I have to find a way to let go

Of all the stress and the anxiety

That's holding me back

So I take a deep breath

And I close my eyes

I imagine myself in a field of flowers

The sun is shining and the birds are singing

I feel the weight of the world lifting

I'm starting to breathe again

I'm starting to feel free

I open my eyes and I smile

I know that I can do this

I can overcome my stress

And I can live my life to the fullest

The weight of the world is still there

But it's not as heavy as it was before

I know that I can handle it

Because I'm not alone

I have my family and friends

And I have myself

And together we can overcome anything

So let's not give up

Let's keep fighting

And let's show the world

That we are stronger than stress

heartbreak
