The weight loss struggle:

You know I gotta say,

How did I end up this way,

I'm trying. I'm trying. I'm trying

To be on this diet, trying to

Not be in a food riet,

With too much rules and regulations

Of loseing weight it's a struggle

I want to go on my bead and snuggle

Then I started realizing,

That I'm running out of breath,

I went to the doctor and they told me about my health,

And they said I'm obese

And they said you can decrease

I was so sad and

Started looking at modles in a magazine

They were skinny pretty Japanese,

I started looking in a mirror saying I'm too fat,

Feeling the roles of My skin saying what's that,

Going to a professional there telling me what I need to work at,

I was in denial I would rather be sleeping sound instead of hearing the exercise

Machine real loud,

May God give me the courage and strength and muscle

To work out because it's a weight lost

Struggle, so I gotta exercise and hustle
