The Water’s Answer by Dowsing
Look listen and be guided

The Water’s Answer by Dowsing
The morning hums with quiet thought,
The rods rest gently in my hands,
The ground beneath me waits and knows,
Its secrets folded under roots.
I walk until the rhythm starts,
A pulse that hums through step and soil,
The rods begin their subtle turn,
The path revealing what it hides.
It is not luck that calls them forth,
But something deep, alive, aware,
The voice of water far below,
The song of stone remembering.
I stop where they cross and feel the pull,
A living current beneath my feet,
Old as time and soft as breath,
Running clear through earth’s long veins.
I kneel and listen, silent, still,
And though no sound escapes the ground,
I feel its song within my chest,
The language of the hidden world.
It tells me all that waits unseen,
That knowledge flows where trust begins,
And those who listen with open heart,
Will never walk without direction.

I've been writing poetry since the age of fourteen. With pen in hand, I wander through realms unseen. The pen holds power; ink reveals hidden thoughts. A poet may speak truth or weave a tale. You decide. Let pen and ink capture your mind❤️

This is one way to give directions on living life a Christian view. Good job.
