The Tickle Twitch Spiders
My entry for the unnecessary line challenge

In a cobwebby corner where moonbeams all gleam
Live the tickle twitch spiders who bounce like a dream
They skitter in circles with giggles that squeak
And practice their spookiness seven days a week
🕷️
They wobble on tiptoes in delicate rings
And hum spider songs on shimmering strings
They’re cute as a button but have attitude
A bundle of spooky and sugar sweet mood
🕷️
One time a spider stole my sandwich and refused to apologize.
🕷️
But anyway... back to the cuties who dance in the night
Who twirl tiny lanterns of lavender light
They shuffle and scuffle in their cobwebby queues
Adorable phantoms in midnighty hues
🕷️
So, if you hear tapping that tickles your ear
Don’t tremble or tumble or tremor with fear
It’s only the spiders who love to appear
The sweet little creepers who think you’re a dear

this is such an adorable poem and so well written, HOWEVER, I still do not like spiders. haha
I didn't realize it was for the unnecessary line challenge and thought 'the sandwich line seems out of place but whatever." This is fantastic.
This popped up on my feed after I saw your comment on mine. I love this! I love spiders and other creepy crawly things much to the dismay of my children.
