More than just places where metals and thoughts meet,

Even though the engineers were very smart, the wires buzz and the steel beams bend.

Day and night views of the work of art.

With slide rules, then code, they are making the way for the future's winding roads.

From silicon that turns ideas into reality to bridges over big rivers.

They are very careful when drawing lines and curves, and they do the work without getting upset.

They can see math dancing right in front of them and the plans getting bigger.

There was a lot of work and thought that went into every building.

Machines and engines make noises that shake the world.

They are guided by science as they push the edges even more.

They want to fix things, build things, and be the best because of it.

God-like intelligence changes the things so that they follow their plan.

They test and try things in buildings and fields to bring new magic to the sky.

Their work is stunning, combining shape and light in a way that is both beautiful and dangerous.

Their names will be on everything in the future, from tiny chips to huge frames.

For those who dream in cycles and have pictures that last for years, this is for you.

As leaders in the huge field of engineering, they help us all grow.
