What is in a name?

How does it hold any weight?

When two different can have the same,

Can it really be called 'great'?

Are we really all that special?

Are we really so unique?

Or are we merely a vessel

For something more oblique

What power do we have it under,

Or does it hold all the strength?

Are we each a one-hit wonder,

Or on the same wavelength?

Does the name given define who we are,

Or do we define it?

Do we shine as bright as an only star

If it is something we have to split,

With others we have never met,

With those we have never seen?

Are we each a part of a set,

Or cogs in a machine?
