''The Power''

"A Poem of Quiet Strength and Unseen Courage''

By Usman Ali Published 8 months ago 1 min read
  • It lies not in thunder, nor flame in the sky,
  • But quiet and hidden, where soft spirits lie.
  • A whisper, a heartbeat, a hand gently raised—
  • The power that kindles, the world left amazed.
  • Not fists made of iron, nor crowns forged of gold,
  • But courage in silence, in stories untold.
  • The strength to keep going when all light has fled,
  • To dream while the shadows still circle your bed.
  • It lives in the mother who works through her pain,
  • In tears of the fallen who rise up again.
  • In kindness that ripples through centuries past,
  • A force not of moments, but one meant to last.
  • So fear not the stillness, the calm, or the small—
  • The power is waiting in each of us all.
  • Not granted or taken, but chosen to share—
  • A truth in the soul that no tyrant can snare.
