The Perfect Recipe

Practically Dessert

God really outdid Himself creating you

I guess “normal” just wouldn’t suffice

Saying, “This time the ‘standard’ is not gonna do

In this one I’m adding more spice”

You’ve got humor, compassion, He doubled your love

Saying, “She’ll make a beautiful bride”

Ingredients mixed by His angels above

What was left He just poured it inside”

You’re painted in kindness, a humble-like hue

Then gifted a disarming smile

You’ve never been judging, it’s not what you do

You’re blessed with a wonderful style

Despite that you’re sexy it’s nothing you flaunt

I still feel the need to repent

All wrapped in a package, a torturous taunt

Then given a glorious scent

He topped you with sweetness, and gave you respect

A creation the heavens applaud

What else but “exquisite” can people expect

When you’re made in the kitchen of God
