The old spooky Tarot Reader

I was conned, it took six years to realise it

The old spooky Tarot Reader

The tarot reader spoke with grace,

Soon money’s coming, to your place.

Her cards laid out in shadows deep,

A promise made, no time to sleep.

I held my breath, and soon I knew,

The words she spoke would all come true.

A twist of fate, a lucky turn,

For wealth, I wait, as candles burn.

Two long years have passed me by,

Not a penny won, it makes me cry.

I think she cheated me that night,

I lost my cash, her future bright.

Giving money is no guarantee,

It’s you who loses the reader’s fee.

She was the winner she made fifty quid

I should have put my money down a grid

Tarot readings are just for fun, but who knows some could come true or already be true. It is all in what you want to believe. Good job.
