Yes; mental health is not the easiest topic

And even though it is symbolic

We often forget that it's a precious relic

As I know from my past situations that brought me logic

And wisdom to put up the pen as well to be Iconic

But as I write in your style I see how it's ironic

Because it brings out the two sides of me

That make up the man everyone sees

My Depression is named J but he greets the world with glee

My Anxiety is name is J-Dubb & he is rather a gentle beast

But he only comes out when I want to be left be

And they protect the real me, Jacob: The man behind the pen

But I too would be alone in this world without those men

They grew from a time in my life that was once filled with anger & despair

So my mind came up with them as an escape from the world but to also heal others when no one else is there

But that is a story for Another Time

But for now I hope you got to know a little about me In this long rhyme

I hope we continue to tell each other more of our stories as it is very sublime

So let's continue to write & let go of some of our depression while we make Vocal our stage

We will be okay as we grow together, and turn to The Next Page
