The New Menopause

The winds shift, a season turns,

A fire within the body burns.

A cycle fades, but not the spark,

A journey blooms within the dark.

No longer bound by tides of old,

Your story shifts, a tale retold.

Power hums beneath your skin,

A second birth, a strength within.

The night may bring its sleepless fight,

The flush of heat, the pulse of light.

Yet wisdom rises, clear and bright,

A beacon in the thickest night.

The world may whisper, hush, stay small,

But you stand tall, defy them all.

No end, no loss—just something new,

A path reborn, a broader view.

With knowledge deep and purpose wide,

You walk this road with steady stride.

Hormones shift but you remain,

A soul unchained, alive, untamed.

So let them speak, let time flow on,

You are the dusk, yet still the dawn.

With power, grace, and voice unbowed,

Stand strong, fierce woman—wise and proud.
