They arrived at our house with nary a sound,
We didn't know their story but here they now abound.
Four new kittens playing ever so freely by our woodpile,
They appearance so cute no one could resist their beguile.
We shrugged our shoulders as just say okay,
Our little ones leapt for joy and shouted hurray.
These four little gifts certainly weren't something we expected,
But one things for sure; they will never be neglected.
They play with our dogs and the others cats without a care,
With plenty of energy, they got antics enough to share.
We do not know if this will happen again soon,
All we can do now is just be happy for this lucky little boon.
