The Man in The Moon - Read by Brad Nash

Today,

I held hands,

With The Man in The Moon

And something changed in me,

He reached out across the night

And pulled me to my feet.

Suddenly I was weightless

As we drifted into space

The stars aligned and lit the sky

My world fell into place.

We danced across the galaxy,

He never left my side,

I shared with him a part of me

I’d tried so hard to hide.

I knew that soon,

This night would end,

I’d see the light of day,

But I think tonight I found myself

As we strolled the Milky-Way.

Now safe and sound,

Feet on the ground,

This moment I will treasure.

For tonight I held hands,

With The Man in The Moon

And he changed my life,

Forever.
