The Magic of the Forest
A Children's Poem About Nature's Wonders
In the heart of the forest, deep and green
Lies a place that's seldom seen
It's a world of magic, beauty and light
Filled with wonders that bring delight
The leaves rustle softly in the breeze
The birds sing sweetly in the trees
The flowers dance in the sun's warm glow
And the river flows gently down below
The creatures of the forest roam free
From the tiniest ant to the largest tree
They all live in harmony and peace
And their joy and laughter never cease
The rabbits hop and the squirrels play
The deer graze peacefully all day
The foxes run and the owls hoot
And the wolves howl, their voices mute
The trees tower high, strong and proud
And the mushrooms grow in clusters, crowd on crowd
The ferns and mosses cover the ground
And the lichens cling to rocks all around
The forest is alive with color and sound
A symphony of life, all around
And in this world of magic and wonder
The children play, their spirits lifted asunder
For in the forest, all things are possible
And every moment is pure and blissful
So let us cherish this gift we've been given
And take care of the forest, our sacred haven.
