Bubbling and crackling
with rotting decay
and popping toxic algae
the seafoam congeals upwards
forming a skinwalker.
It races after their target
Making them wheeze
while trying to run.
It gurgles and glides around
Stinking like a dead fish
RED TIDE! RUN FOR COVER!
The gross glob can take over
Turn itself into your best friend
That makes your skin itch.
The skinwalker wraps and chokes
with it's seaweed limbs
Sharp teeth of bones to
Bark like a dogfish.
A piranha skeleton sniffing blood
Holding the sticky tension
Until rising over you
to release a bacterial blast!

No Word Comes Near Enough
The English language has its limits. I learned this when I became a student of the Bible and looked up the Greek and Hebrew definitions behind the Scriptures I loved. Some languages have so much more depth and power than the one I use to convey my thoughts. But, even so, I don't think any word could ever come close to describing this void and pain I am journeying through. I don't know how to swim through its murky waters.
