In the heart of the jungle, a tale was told

Of a city of gold, with riches untold

Its streets paved with gems, its walls so grand

A place of wonder, in a far off land

*

For centuries, the search has been on

For the lost city, so grand and strong

But many have tried, and many have failed

Their efforts in vain, their dreams derailed

*

Through scorching heat and raging storms

The brave have searched, and many have been lost

For the city remains hidden, beyond reach

A mystery waiting, to be unveiled

*

But still they search, with hope in their hearts

For the lost city, a work of art

And one day they'll find it, shining bright

The lost city of gold, a rare delight

*

So they'll take their place among its halls

And bask in its glory, with pride they'll stand tall

For they found the lost city, a dream come true

A rare and precious gem, forever new.
