The Lion rocked The Bull's world

The Lion gorged on The Bull's sadness

in cocktail bars and fickle leaves

Suppression for the depression

The Bull treated The Lion to a tea party

The Bull healed The Lion's solitude

in hotel rooms and secluded gardens

Addiction has repetition

The Lion was a master of deception

The Lion's roar was all-consuming

Intrigued by the danger that he brought

Alive in a dangerous dive

The Bull could not resist his perception

The Bull's world was forever booming

He thought he could tame The Lion's way

But he was just the prey of the day
