The light in your eyes
Tells a story to me
It fills me with love ❤️
And past history
A soulmate you are
A life lived of dreams
Together we have been
Over centuries
Each time that we meet
Every life that we live
At first it’s a shock
Who can this be ?
Instant attraction
A sense of lives lived
A soul mate is close
Then suddenly it’s real
The love and connection
Truly to do exist
Poppycock you cry
No such thing !
Well you just wait
Until you meet yours
You will eat your words
Forever more
There is more to this life
Than our eyes can see
But the light in your eyes
