The King's Advice
Love in 50 Challenge Entry featuring Elvis! And a little help from Dory.

an older man, with incredible Elvis-do and glitzy jumpsuit
a younger man, with lovelorn eyes and dishevelled hair
sit together, silently, before Elvis asks "Do you know love?"
the younger, considers, responds "I think I do"
Elvis sings "you must tell her ‘I look at you, and I’m home.’”

Nicely surreal but where’s Dory? 😁
Home is where the heart is hehehehe. Loved your poem!
Fabulous!🤩 Wonderful poem, image and song. 💖 The song made me feel like I was listening to it with my dear Daddio, sitting in his lounge room … he got promoted to Heaven a couple of years ago 🥹.
Smooth, just like the King
I see the Third Act continues! Marvelous! If anyone can make an Elvis love poem hit the mark, it's you! Well done, Paul!
One more way of saying, "You complete me," & "You had me at hello." (Two of my favorite lines from a favorite movie involving one of my least favorite actors--but wonderful actress.)
Oh, how wise and yes even sweet in showing understanding of such emotion as you have written. Good job.
Ahhh, those are some wise words! Love this take on the challenge, Pal! Hope you guys are doing well! Sending all the love in the month of love!
I like this path you took to say a simplistic but meaningful way of saying I love you
Such a unique and wise take on the challenge!!
Short, smooth, and golden—like a lost Elvis lyric wrapped in a love lesson. The King knows best!
Wonderful, hilarious and wise!
And wise men say, indeed. Cute!!
