The Inner Battle

Inner Strife

Every step seem laboured each yet still forge on

The breeze sounds like clapping, crying or are they singing?

Oh that seems like a petal embedded in a thorn

How can we begin the journey of separation since we were told from inception each on it's own? But look, can you hear?

An indistinct cry for help? Or is it mockery?

Then proof it!

Oh again I see the light! A ray of light on that height!

I need a kite to fly to it, oh that will not reach!

Then I must think to really reach

Time is ticking, night is reaching if I tarry my step will I miss. This terrain is unfamiliar or too filial yet strange

There are potholes,pebbles and pellets

Oh this can be unhealthy and withling even crippling

I must hurry and so shall you and you

We must not tarry

As the kingdom of the dark beckons so Light prevail It must Even though the tentacles are now withling and crippling Detangle it must

Free we shall,to join the herald of the Light

Where peace and harmony dwelt from now on till eternity

Now we must cut the tentacles from within

Where age long recitations and adoration of our age long past heroes reside And let the light in from within

As the only the pure and true must behold

The one who has finally conquered from in.
