The Imagination of the Son

Daring to dream for things I couldn't fathom.

Feeling old, even though I'm young.

Wish I had the imagination of the Son.

Hope to not grow weary of growing younger and wiser.

I recognize my need to surrender;

To not be a pretender,

And admit when I am in need.

...

Living in things I never thought of;

Daring to dream for things I couldn't fathom.

This is the Love of Christ.

This is Eternal life.

Who am I to know how best to spend my days and nights?

Unless I live from every word of His lips.

...

Hope is more useful than it seems,

and Love is the beginning of every dream.

to Give is to cherish,

so, give gifts without blemish.

It is those who are earnest that are rich;

Their inheritance is full of bliss.
