In flow they tipped toe,

singing through stones high and low,

cliff side crescendo.

Quiet rumbling,


expanse ever humbling,

change now crumbling.

Winter’s foe licks black,


consuming never goes back,

till the final crack.

Tickle leaves above,

feeding lungs below with love,

a wrath to fear of.
