The older I become,
The more I find myself intrigued by simplicity.
What was once a pursuit of achievement and status
Has transformed into a focus on simply existing… peacefully.
Where I once felt the need to compete with everyone around me,
I now strive to compete only with my own heart… finding joy each morning.
With age, I've come to recognize that
True happiness isn't found in others' applause
But in the gentle rhythm of our own hearts… still beating softly.
There's no necessity to rise above others
But rather to carve out a small space where we can be authentic, free from pretense.
Stability is more important than flashiness,
As we understand that ''storms'' are not confined to seasons but occur at every point in life.
It's not about being the best,
But about being what feels right for us.
We don't need to possess much.
Having something we cherish and receiving love in return… is sufficient.
This realization brings me great contentment in my life.
Perfection isn't required… just the awareness that we are still valued.
We don't need to have it all…
Just ensure we don't lack what our hearts truly desire.
🍃 Ultimately,
A fulfilling life is one where we don't rush to reach a destination
But instead, stroll leisurely, notice slowly,
And gradually embrace… the small joys that come our way.
