No relationship is without its wear and tear. Friction, misunderstandings, and unfulfilled expectations are inevitable between people.

It’s not that anyone is inherently bad;

It's that everyone has their own struggles and their own path to follow.

What truly drains us is often not the relationship itself,

but the fact that we open our hearts too wide, broaden our horizons too much, and place more importance on others' words and actions than on our own.

When you begin to grasp this,

You'll realize: The only thing you can truly control is your own heart.

On days when you cling too tightly, everything hurts;

Once you have let go, even the wind feels gentle.

You'll learn to conserve your energy for those who value it,

You'll learn to let go of interactions that exhaust you,

and you'll begin to practice "putting yourself back at the center of your life."

Because maturity isn't about becoming indifferent,

It's about gradually learning not to let others' worlds crumble your own.

The more self-assured you become, the more confident you'll be in life.
