The month of looking back and forward

what's gone before, shadows, inflects

what's still to come, on yonder

can't unpick the past's thread

only stitch ahead

lesson's learned

goals set from

1st...wait its

past

Thanks for reading!

Great nonet, Paul! Like Dharrsheena, I'm impressed by the undertaking of two challenges with one 45 syllable poem! Very well done!

Reminds me of the stoic phrase, "You face the future with the weapons that You've prepared today." That means Your mind, Your body, heck even the physical stuff You have will help You to conquer the waves of the future as they wash past You.
