The Prayer of a Heavy Heart
Keep me steady and grounded during these hard times.
Lord, there’s so much I’m unsure of
Hear my heavy heart
I feel burdened
I feel deceived
I feel alone
The days are dark and heavy
I don’t want to admit how lost I feel
But you know
Hear my heart, Father
Help me to know you better
Help me to trust you
Help any unbelief in me
Help me to know you
Help me to truly love you
To truly live for you
Boldy
Intentionally
Faithfully
Hear my heart, O Lord
The world grows darker and meaner with each passing day
My mind is clouded
I'm distracted by the noise
Intentionally drawing me away from you
Hear my heavy heart
Help me to keep my eyes focused on you during life's storms
Hear my hurting heart
Thank you Heavenly Father
