The Fat Cat

Cat

By Rajeev SahuPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

There once was a cat, big and round,

Too plump for his mat, he found.

He tried a hat, but alas, too small,

It slipped off, bouncing like a ball.

With a belly so wide, he waddled along,

But his spirit was strong, his purr like a song.

He tried to be nimble, he tried to be spry,

But oh, that big cat could hardly fly.

So he lounged in the sun, content and fat,

Dreaming of adventures, imagining that.

Though he couldn't fit his hat just right,

He'd cuddle up cozy, every night.
