The Cycle of Seasons
Green leaves turn brown,
they fall with the wind,
Autumn is here,
as the cold settles in.
When autumn leaves
drift to the ground,
We know that winter
has us all bound.
We wait for buds,
they form once more,
Spring arrives at last
It ends the storm.
After winter’s
embrace,
New life awakens,
It’s full of grace.
The leaves turn green,
the sun shines bright,
Summer returns
with warmth and light.
New chapters bloom,
the earth is seen,
Alive again
in fifty shades of green.
