The cold never bothers her.

That's what my daughter says.

Anytime we ask.

It bothers everything else.

That's what I always say.

I'm not everything else.

She'll say that in reply.

That's true I say.

You're like nothing else.

So, I don't need a coat.

That's how she replies.

No, but just in case.

My usual retort.

Just in case, papa.

She'll say.

Just in case, sweetheart.

I'll say.

Just in case.
