Self care but don’t be selfish.

What is true to you? In this world of mix messages what do you need?

What are your beliefs ?

We ask so many people for opinions and guidance,

yet do not listen to the one and only voice that is and should be important,

our own.

Dont worry about everyone else.

Dont believe the lies they tell you.

Stop living someone else’s narrative.

It’s time you stand up and FIGHT.

Fight to get out of the cage.

Fight for your freedom

What you want and what is true to you is a birth right.

Only you know what this is.

They will laugh at you.

They will not understand.

Would you rather please people who don’t pay your bills?

Or get yourself out of the cage.

The choice is and has always been yours.
