Write yourself a story

of how the wind blew fears away.

Tell a tale, so gory

of how flames lived on at the bay.

*

Sing an impossible song

of blossoms humming a tune.

Breathe a lie, so strong

of dancing with the moon.

*

Preach a lecture of twisted truth

of little girls sprouting wings.

Remind the world of your youth

of speaking birds and summer springs.

*

Write yourself a story,

Ease yourself and let it go.

Pluck a dandelion in her glory

then pick a wish and blow.

Love the title of this poem! Yup no one is going to write a story for you . No one is going to blow a wish flower for you... so well said.
