A woman who puts everyone before herself
Dealing with more than we know
Not showing enough appreciation myself
All I do is yell and bellow
Providing support to her children
Giving me a roof over my head
Granting more than just one option
“I know you can do it”, she has said
A mother’s tough love
That is a luxury
The greatest blessing from above
From the holy and almighty
Without her, I would be lost
On the streets, nowhere to go
Unable to pay any of the cost
Drowning in life’s flow
She doesn’t know it, but I love her
The most amazing grandmother ever
