A lovely, flower, monster gracefully lays herself along her throne of trees and thorns
Hydrangeas, roses, and daffodils all eerily breathe beside her
Draping over her sharp shoulders and her slender frame
She is trapped atop a cliffside of misery
Water trickles the edges of the large gorge below
Its beautifully tempting
Calming, alluring
She stares dully at the movement
A poor boy stands below her throne
Weeping and weeping
A reason, he cries
For why life is this way
She cannot answer
For knowing is pain,
And pain is eternal
The boy weeps to this day
Her crown holds all knowledge
And she refuses to share it with others
Lovingly, and bravely
Bearing the burden herself
A deadly, carnivorous, lady disastrously remains inside her prison of petals and nectar
Weeds, shrubs, and moss entangle in a soft embrace
Tightening around her melodic throat and her breathless lungs
She relaxes atop a monument to contentment
