For a teacher who gave me hope

Helped me climb without using a rope

Challenged me at my very best

And prepared me for a test

Teaching me addition and subtraction

Square roots and fraction

From division and multiplication

I show my appreciation

Teachers at all levels are great. I became an infant/toddler teacher for I wanted to introduce the very basic skills like rolling a ball, blowing bubbles, and so forth. I was a teacher for a few years at this level then I became a geriatric nurse/activity director and used the same teaching activities I used as a teacher.
