Taste and Sound
An endless spectrum of delight
Some love the savory, some the sweet,
Their taste buds dance to a different beat.
Seasonings rich or sugar so fine,
Their palates diverge like a branching vine.
Others crave heat, and some retreat,
Spices that burn or flavors so sweet.
Mouths set aflame or a cooling treat,
Chili peppers or ice cream neat.
Some enjoy music that's loud and brash,
Guitars screaming with every crash.
Drums pounding out a frenzied beat,
Electric energy surging in heartbeats.
While others prefer silence and a gentle thrash,
The quiet whispers of strings that clash.
A calming melody that soothes the soul,
Breathing rhythms with each gentle roll.
Taste and sound, two senses so varied,
An endless spectrum of delights to be carried.
