Our preferences make us unique...
We all have different tastes, it's true,
Like a rainbow of hues or a varied stew.
Our preferences make us unique,
Complexity in each of us we speak.
Some love the savory, some the sweet,
Others crave heat, and some retreat.
Some enjoy music that's loud and brash,
While others prefer silence and a gentle thrash.
Books, movies, art--we all have our own,
What one finds dull, for another, is sown.
In fashion, too, we differ and clash,
Yet each style gives an individual panache.
Our tastes make us interesting, not plain,
They make us stand out, not blend in again.
Embracing diversity, let's celebrate,
The beauty of difference in each fateful fate.
