Now I am finding it hard to choose my favourite, I love the second line of this one. The signal of distress really adds a nice touch, deepening the plot of love. Outstanding and deeply memorable. ‘This half century old maiden’ gets me all the time, it’s such an iconic line, printed on my mind for all eternity —sounds fresh and new every time I read, it’s timeless! 👏🏽👌🏽♥️🤗
